(SPOILER ALERT): I was disappointed that the author killed off one of my favorite characters, but I did enjoy the scene where Will Treaty sees justice served. I also am enjoying the development of the character of Maddie.

In this book, the reader follows Henry Sword as he travels around the Galar region, participating in battles. I thought it was a good book with a strong plot and interesting characters. I am looking forward to seeing what the next books in this series hold.

This was way too old for my young children - I skipped some things, and had to stress how awful it was the mother wanted to abandon her children. I get this was closer to the original tale, but someone gave this to us and I should have researched it first.
